Mama Mia Sausage Sauce with Pasta Twirls





Pasta Twirls or Spaghetti


 Finely Grated Carrot

Crushed Garlic

 1 tsp Fresh or ½ tsp dried Rosemary

400g can of Chopped Tomatoes or 4 large fresh tomatoes-deskinned




  1. Put a large pot of water on to boil. Once boiling add the pasta and stir occasionally.

  2. Skin and crumble the sausages.

  3. Fry the sausage meat with the garlic in a pan until browned then add carrot and rosemary and cook for 10minutes.

  4. Add the tomatoes, then simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.

  5. Serve with the cooked pasta and green vegetables.
